A fully embodied path to spiritual liberation

“You are not limited to this body, to this mind, or to this reality—you are a limitless ocean of Consciousness, imbued with infinite potential. You are existence itself.”

Step into the nurturing embrace of House of Shakti, where our teachings emanate from the ancient yogic and Tantrik traditions, woven into the fabric of our core philosophy.

In our women's sanctuary, we go beyond just the physical aspects of yoga, delving into holistic practices that encompass pranayama, kriya, mantra, and meditation. These practices work harmoniously with all layers of your being, fostering a profound sense of connection.

Our focus extends beyond the tangible, aiming to awaken and expand the energetic, emotional, and spiritual Self. TWe place particular emphasis on the energy body, including the nadis (energetic pathways) and chakras.

We work with the Tantrik philosophy of “the body as the temple” instead of the Vedic Yoga tradition that focuses on transcendence and liberation from the body. Through this philosophy, we explore and celebrate the body as our pathway to liberation.

As dedicated Yoga practitioners, our spiritual journey unfolds through a daily Sadhana, an intrinsic part of our way of life. For us, teaching yoga is an embodiment journey that commences from the depths within - a profound connection to the Self. Through our daily devotion to the spiritual path, we take time to feel our breath, to feel our body move, to feel the energy flow through us. We practice coming into presence in each moment. We listen to our body, and we honor her voice. We sit in the uncomfortable and we surrender to the stillness. We remain connected to our practice, which is not just a routine; it is our continual and greatest teacher, guiding us on this transformative and sacred journey.

Welcome to House of Shakti, where the ancient meets the present, and the journey is an exploration of the self in every breath.
