  • Shakti Flow

    Do you desire the ability to explore and connect to the feminine energy that moves through you? To awaken the Shakti power within your body? Then Shakti Flow - our signature class - is for you. In this practice, we will move through feminine yoga practices to awaken the power of Shakti within our physical and energetic bodies. This holistic practice will include Vinyasa and Hatha yoga postures, pranayama, Kriya, Womb-yoga, Tantric energy and breathwork, mantra, mudra, and meditation. This class aims to create an experience that is deeply connected and powerful for women.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Vinyasa Flow is an empowering class that will allow you to work with the physical body and breath, whilst preparing the energetic body to move towards deeper layers of your being. Our Vinyasa Flow classes are intrinsically feminine and reflect the seasons and cycles of a woman as they follow the traditional ‘Maha’ (wave-like) Vinyasa structure. This class will help you to enhance and preserve prana (energy), whilst preparing you for the more subtle yogic practices. You can expect a full-body stretch, a vital awakening of the energy body, and a deep calming of the mind.

  • Sunrise Yin

    In alignment with the rising sun, this class will build heat and promote enhanced energy levels by releasing blocked prana within the energetic channels of the body. At Sunrise Yin, we will work with the physical body including ligaments, joints, and fascia, and the energetic body through the meridian lines. To ensure you walk out of the class with reduced tension in the body and mind, we will incorporate longer-held postures to promote fresh blood flow and energy throughout the body; myofascial release to promote mobilisation; energising breath practices to promote vibrancy in every cell of your being, and meditation to allow for stillness, integration, and introspection.

  • Sunset Yin

    In alignment with the setting sun, this class will allow you to unwind, destress and move into stillness by dissolving tension in the body and mind. At Sunset Yin, you will have the opportunity to truly embody the energy of the Feminine by inviting in softness, calm energy, and a slowing down in life. In this class, we will work with the physical body including ligaments, joints, and fascia, and the energetic body by focusing on the meridian lines. To ensure you walk out of the class with reduced tension in the body and mind, we will incorporate longer-held postures so that you can embody the feminine qualities of receptivity and reflection; myofascial release to relieve any tightness or tension in the body; gentle breath practices for deep relaxation, and meditation to allow for stillness, integration, and introspection.

  • Restorative Yoga

    Do you want the opportunity to put your self-care needs first? In a culture that is heavily focused on productivity, we as women often have multiple roles to play, which can lead to us feeling depleted and exhausted. Our Restorative Yoga class will provide you with a deeply nourishing and relaxing experience with a strong focus on healing and tending to the nervous system. Restorative Yoga is a form of ‘mindful rest’, where we use a variety of supports and props so that we can move out of the constant doing and into a state of simply being. This class is the perfect way to drop into that feminine energy, to promote healing through softness, compassion, and surrender.

  • Cosmic Reset

    Step into the cosmic flow and embrace the serenity that comes with aligning your practice with the rhythms of the moon. Cosmic Reset is a transformative 90-minute yoga practice uniquely aligned with the energies of the new moon and full moon every second Sunday of the month. This rejuvenating session is crafted to offer a deeply restful experience, providing you with the perfect opportunity to reset your nervous system and approach the new week feeling grounded and relaxed. You will encounter a variety of yogic practices carefully curated to enhance your well-being such as restorative yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, guided meditation, soothing pranayama, and the harmonious embrace of sound healing. We will use this practice to connect with the lunar energies, rejuvenate your body and mind, and create a space for self-nurturing.
