Our women’s yoga classes are designed to support and empower those who identify as female. We offer themed practices that awaken the power of Shakti, the divine feminine, promote a loving connection to the body and align with the cyclical rhythms and nature of being a woman.
We focus on a holistic approach to women’s yoga, with a strong emphasis on the physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual layers of our being. Yoga that honours and guides the experiences of women throughout the life cycle - from menstruation and female sexuality, to fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, menopause and beyond.
Our variety of yoga classes and offerings allow for women to listen to their body and individual needs, and seek the practice that would best suit them at any given time.
