1:1 Women’s Yoga
Individualising your Yoga Practice
For some women, practicing yoga in a private setting or at-home can allow for deeper relaxation and introspection, without the distractions of a group class. Whether you are new to yoga or hold an advanced practice, my 1:1 sessions are tailored to your unique needs and preferences as a woman. These individualized practices are designed to help you build your confidence and comfort level with yoga, expand on your current practice and deepen your connection with self. I can modify and create sequences that accomodate physical limitations, illness, injuries, time contraints and address issues specific to women’s health e.g. the menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum & menopause.
I have space available in 2025 to work one on one with women online. These sessions will begin with a survey and assessment to gather information around your needs and goals, a 30 minute online meet & greet via zoom (optional) and a follow up check in via email or zoom. I will work with you to create a personalized daily Sadhana (yoga practice) and provide you with yogic teachings, philosophy and techniques to help support you in your life as a cyclical woman.
